Our Leaders
Dr. Carlos Alvarez
Dr. Carlos Alvarez is a natural sciences faculty member at Pensacola Christian College. He has long had an evangelistic heart and has led YOM teams since 2013, visiting Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, and Spain. Besides establishing contacts and finding opportunities for evangelism and discipleship in schools and churches, he has been instrumental in recruiting and training other YOM leaders and team members for missions trips to many Spanish-speaking countries.
Mr. and Mrs. Michael Frank
Michael and Katelyn Frank are 2020 graduates of Pensacola Christian College and now work as staff at PCC. During their undergraduate career, Michael and Katelyn felt the Lord calling them into full-time Christian ministry as missionaries to the Jewish people. Since 2019, they have been actively involved in Jewish missions through training seminars, internships, and missions trips organized by the International Board of Jewish Missions. They are excited about joining the YOM team and look forward to what God has in store.
Dr. Adam Watt
Dr. Watt serves as Administrator of SRCS and Assistant Pastor of Grace Bible Church. He has 17 years of teaching experience and has taught a variety of secondary courses including Bible, the Sciences, History, English/Literature, higher Maths, and Spanish. Dr. Watt also leads the accreditation process at Santa Rosa Christian and has served on several accreditation teams for the American Association of Christian Schools. His degrees include a Bachelor of Theology from Foundations Theological Seminary, a Master of Theological Studies from Louisiana Theological Seminary, an Education Specialist in Education Leadership from Pensacola Christian College and Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Pensacola Christian College where he also serves as an adjunct assistant teaching professor. He holds a Lifetime Teaching Certificate in Bible and Administration. Dr. Watt enjoys spending time with his four boys, playing basketball, and participating in mission work when possible. His favorite verse is Galatians 2:20: “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”
